I wouldn't call these updates "well", especially coming of a huge hit like Stronger.

Lord. Dark Side isn't a flop. It's just underperforming, but still is mediocre for a third single. I really think Stronger is hindering it's success still. It's been like 8 months and the song could potentially re-enter the Top 20 of overall AI tomorrow

That's still a successful radio hit. Settle Down is around the same range and updates fluctuate up and down. Right now the top of the charts are just oversaturated with the same songs since summer began. When those songs finally fall off (hopefully soon!) then all the more recent songs will have breathing space to climb.

Don't go by the numbers because a lot of stations have it on rotation. We just need the "Annoying 10" to stop being played... I don't understand if there's private payola going on or radio DJ's are just plain stupid for rotating the SAME ten songs hourly all summer. But those songs will fall and the newer songs will rise. It's just a matter of when. (Be happy DS is doing better than SD on iTunes!)

True. But Kelly is a pop artist. Pop is currently her main format not HAC. HAC is probably going to become her main format in like 5 years or so.

Those are very, very underwhelming updates and peaks for an artist that just topped the Hot 100 and the radio charts literally a couple of months ago. I wouldn't hold my breath for this to become anything more than a moderate failure. I really hope for something good to happen to this though, it was such a great follow up to Stronger and I thought it made sense.

I Forgive You for the next single. She can sing that to them radio DJs who didn't go with Dark Side as a summer smash.

I want both IFY and LMD to be singles but I don't think Dark Side is done yet. Stronger is still everywhere and will be remembered for a while. Once it starts to fade a little more Dark Side will probably get some stronger () updates. I'd give DS a few more weeks with decent promo and if it's still not doing anything move onto single #4.
