So, I say, Dark Side is not necessarily FLOPPING, it just needs help. Promotion. If RCA is unwilling or Kelly is too busy to promote, then end the era. No point sending out another single if there will be no promotion and likely no video for it. Shame because Dark Side is one of her best.

I agree with the majority of some points, but it appears that RCA kinda abandoned the song and for the song to get a second wind at this point, it's going to take more then promotion for the song to become a hit.
