Well the discussion here is about iPhones and they are not overpriced compared to the competition.
Apple is just trying to carry out Steve Jobs' crazy obsession with destroying Android. They are just too butthurt to spend their time on innovating like they did before. I guess they decided they'll leave making ground-breaking phones to Samsung and HTC.

Well Apple went out of its way in 2010 and approached Samsung with a licensing deal of about $30-$40 per phone, but Samsung said no even with a discount as Samsung is Apple's number one supplier. This deal would of prevented all the lawsuits.
Even if it's a rip off. I'll buy the samsung S2 if it's cheaper
