I already explained it. My criteria is based not only on chart performance points, but also achievements, awards and international public recognition. Rihanna had bigger hits in subsequent years, as you know. Besides, "Pon De Replay (its best peak position was #1 in New Zealand
) just like Brown's "Run It" didn't have a so called impact. Of course they were moderate hits but are kinda forgotten by now.
