I mean, you're already providing receipts, it's not a miss. It did well and deserves more than WAY tbh.
There's a point behind this.. Judas peaked higher on Hot 100, Top 40, etc.. And everybody called it a flop.. But with those standards that would make this song a flop too.. But SN has charted on more charts than Judas so it might not be a flop then..

Well, for Gaga's standards people see it as a flop but for a band like them it's an accomplishment to even get a follow up that peaks the top 20 and peak on other charts for that matter. You can't compare the two.
Me personally... I wouldn't call Judas a flop but others do, so take that up with them.

"Judas" was on the Hot 100 for 7 weeks.
"Some Nights" has been on the chart for 24 weeks (so far).

Judas exited the charts quickly and then edge of glory was sort of rush released? This thread is kinda biased. Some Nights is still rising on both pop and hot ac radio. It will definitely peak higher than judas once it's all said and done.

What? "Some Nights" already sold over 1 million and it's been on the Hot 100 for 24 weeks so far, it's much bigger than that flop that sold less than 900k.
you can't really compare the success of this song to the success of a lady gaga song lmao. fun. only broke through into the mainstream recently, this is only their second single and the fact they actually managed to go beyond being one-hit wonders with we are young is impressive in itself.
this track has been in the itunes usa top 10 for a few weeks now. it's climbing the charts fairly quickly, it's gaining radio support at a decent rate too so in a months time it'll easily be in the hot 100 top 10.
no way is this a miss lmao, not for an alternative band who could so easily have been branded one-hit wonders after the massiveness of we are young
