This one is no contest Jiggypuff wins by a landslide. Granted I am only taking the first 151 pokemon into consideration. I only have played Pokemon Blue on my old grey brick Gameboy, and watched a bit of the original animated series.
Jiggypuff may be the cutest but my favorite is Psyduck. Psy-i-i!!
