Saw. Hostel is blatantly sexual and lacks a cohesive, riveting plot

I like the first from each franchise. Saw 2 was ok as well. The original Saw is better than the original Hostel, tho.

Sadly, i have. I tried to forget they made that. Saw after the third or fourth went to ****, the plot made no sense and they just kept trying to have a crazier twist than the previous.

I forget which hostel it was, but literally the first 45 minutes was just sex and nastiness. I think some guy was backpacking in a foreign country. Then I saw the one with the bachelor party in las Vegas. The only good part was the ending albeit it didn't make sense

They weren't interested in the plot at all ... they were just milking the cow the most they could

Saw 1 had a budget of $1M USD , and it grossed + $100M USD

so obviously they knew inmediatly that they were going to milk the cow.

Hostel had some cool parts , but in general it was bad excecuted

Overall, Saw wins. Like you said, Saw was good up til 3-4, Hostel sucked up to 1-2.

Hostel is trash compared to Saw just some ****ty torture **** films... Saw actually has a good and original storyline to it even though the franchise was dragged out a bit much.

The answer is Saw and it's not even close. At least there was a story with Saw, and there was a good actor, Tobin Bell, to keep the series going. Hostel lacked both.
