no actually she isn't. she was popular with her previous albums due to the fact Disney were still flashing her videos. of course her debut was release in the midst of Disney scene and the Lizze movie so it managed 3 million, but of course who couldn't do that in 2003. last 2 albums have only managed a million a piece. plus her songs flop on radio, downloads, and sales. this time she's stepping completely away from the nice **** and trying out a new thing which will make her popular in the real world, no longer little middle school girls, expanding herself. WL should go top 10 without a doubt.

Um yeah she is. She did great worldwide with Wake Up & BOMH didn't do that bad either. Also
only a million is not something to cry about.
Hilary Duff - 1.8 million
Most Wanted - 1.4 million
If you wanna get all technical about things that's how much of her last two albums she sold only in the US. Most Wanted is about 200,000 away from selling 3 million worldwide. "Hilary Duff" already passed 3 million worldwide. So what if she doesn't do well on radio or downloads she can still sell over 1 million off her albums. Even a VERY pre-mature "greatest hits."
