Thank god. Mine, when played, sounds like Lithium and Freak On A Leash. I might have Cozad (my band) played it. Most of the songs are about people in our bands life including my crush so I can't use those.

OH GOD! I totally forgot about this ,too. Friday is too soon.

I'm pretty glad that I wrote my song quick/early now because I wanted to fix it/do another one but I just haven't been able to. At the time it seemed like a long while to go but now it's entry time. I found a couple more mistakes though lol but I'll send it on Friday as well.

If ya wanna join (degrassijlofan, sir will) or are supposedly in (Kaos, Kely, Michael Santi , Nicholas) or just wanna do it, I need AT THE VERY LEAST a song title TONIGHT. I am at work until 8pm MST so when I get back, the provisional list of finalists go up.

ALL FINALIZED SONGS ARE DUE MONDAY MORNING BY 9:30 AM MST. If it's not in, you must beg me for an extension for the rest of Monday. No further delays ^_^

The OFFICIAL roster of songs competing will be posted Monday at 6:30 PM MST. The Contest is Wednesday at 7pm MST. 24 hour voting period for contestants (who are required to vote) and non-contestants (who will have limited voting capabilities for it). The Results will be unveiled Eurovision-style Thursday at 7:30 PM MST.

How the voting works:

The 9 song entries HAVE. TO. VOTE. But they can't vote for themselves. You'll rank the other 8 songs based on preference/quality/the colors of their flag/what have you. The songs the get points accumulated:

1st - 12 points
2nd - 10 points
3rd - 8 points
4th - 6 points
5th - 5 points
6th - 4 points
7th - 3 points
8th - 2 points

Non-competitors (aka everyone else) will rank their 4 favorite songs:

1st - 6 points
2nd - 4 points
3rd - 3 points
4th - 1 point

Now, technically we could ignore your opinion in this. Or just combine your votes and make you all a magical 10th nation voting. But I said "Self, just let them vote!" So you do!

Songs go up Wednesday at 7pm, voting is a 24 hour period. All 9 song competitors have from the song presentation to Thursday at 7 to vote, as do all non-competitors who want to send their love and votes out for it. And then I will present the votes individually in the thread to stretch it out. Non-comp votes firstly, then the 9 competitors in reverse order from their rank after the non-comps
