I haven't watched those in years, the last thing I remember was Robbie Williams winning three years in a row (Best Male Solo Artist) and telling at Daniel Bedingfield (I think) in 2003 that even Craig David couldn't beat him the year before so Daniel couldn't have beaten hi in 2004 either. Then before that I remember the Spice Girl vs Oasis bating.
The Killers & Arctic Monkeys were the big winners with a pair of wins each.
Amy Winehouse, James Morrison, The Fratellis, Take That, and Muse all won a trophy as well.

Arctic Monkeys beating Muse in Album makes me a truly sad panda, but such is life. Pretty shocked that Lily didn't win any awards, but I probably shouldn't be.
I present to you...my thoughts on the Brit Award wins that you should probably value more than your own:
* British Male Solo Artist James Morrison
Hmm... * British Female Solo Artist Amy Winehouse
Only other person who deserved it was Lily Allen but I'm extremely excited that Amy took this home. * British Group Arctic Monkeys
Muse? Snow Patrol? * MasterCard British Album Arctic Monkeys “Whatever people say I am, that’s what I’m not”
LMAO! I love how the four other nominees all deserved this award FAR more than this overrated & overexposed excuse of a group did. * British Single Take That “Patience”
WTF? Alright then. This award belonged to Lily, The Kooks, or Snow Patrol. And to a lesser degree, James Morrison & Razorlight. * British Breakthrough Act Fratellis
This band owns me right now. I would have loved it if Lily had won seeing as her album is positively wonderful or the Kooks because I'm more obsessed the more I listen to them but the Fratellis have recently found their way into my life and I'm happy about it. * British Live Act Muse
Nobody. I said NOBODY...deserved it more than they did. Very happy with this win. * International Male Solo Artist Justin Timberlake
Nasty-Gross-KILL.ME.NOW. * International Female Solo Artist Nelly Furtado
I would have much preferred the godmother of soul winning but great for Furtado. * International Group The Killers
Gnarls Barkley? * International Album The Killers “Sam’s Town”
How the hell didn't GB win this? * International Breakthrough Act Orson
...and for the third time, how the hell didn't GB win this?
