Oana and Sandra are Olympic Gold medalists. Alicia was the top vaulter of the USA for 2 quads. To be called the "best vaulter ever" you have to have some longevity.
Oana got gold through TEAMS, and she was known for not being a good vaulter.
So gold medal = more skill? Sandra got her gold because McKayla screwed up for the first time ever. McKayla had harder vaults with a higher maximum score. There's no comparison. She won because of a technicality, not because of skill.
Another requirement to be the "best ever" is to hit when it counts
This argument is silly. No point to argue who has the better career- but I digress, because a few of those people you posted don't even have vaulting medals. What should matter is who's the most skillful, and the fact is that nobody is as technically perfect as McKayla.
Don't deny it.

She's great and pretty much one of the best right now but as the years go by gymnasts will continue to improve and perfect more difficult vaults, we'll have to see. She's still awesome.

You CANNOT compare gymnasts from this current quad to those from the '70s
I don't like Mary Lou, never have, so I won't defend her, but Nadia was an exceptional gymnast back in the day (Nellie and Theodora were better though ).
People like to question Nadia's talent just because of how overrated she is and the hype she receives, but it's really all deserved.
OMG I saw her in the team competition for the first time and I was like who is this flawless bitch?
I was so upset the individual competition as she was supposed to walk the competition
To answer the question, I saw no fault at all and the commentators said it was the best vault they've seen - male or female and I'm guessing they know a lot about gymnatsics.
Seeing her makes me wish i carried on with gymnastics
