I always think if you're going to die your hair a dramatic new color (i.e. from black to blonde) you should dye them brows too. But in Adam's situation, he still rocks it nicely. However, Miley recently dyed her hair blonde and she looks terrible (since she didn't dye her brows). I guess it depends on the person...
