I'm not sure if I like the "my artpop could mean anything" line. That makes it sound like she's just giving an excuse when she babbles complete nonsense in her songs but says it has a much deeper meaning.

This. Hopefully it's just a hint for what's to come and not actual lyrics.
I don't see how those could be lyrics though.
Maybe it's just a hint.
The first four lines flow and rhyme like song lyrics. The last two don't. The first four seems to talk about her being part machine and her being heartless. It definetly fits in with the warhol theme since shed always say how pop ate her heart.

But a lot of times, that's the whole point of Pop Art. You're presented with an image that's seemingly banal or meaningless and the artist compels you to find meaning in it. It opens up all kinds of intriguing questions about the role of the artist, authorial intent, and more. For example, if you come up with a meaning that's supported in the song, does it even matter if that's the meaning the artist intended?
