Just caught up on everything I missed. Kelly mentioned she had a good song to record with Demi back in December after Z100's Jingle Ball or whatever..but they hadn't recorded it yet. It was never confirmed that any recording actually took place, either. So when Kelly said recently that she's working on a pop duet, I believe that is still Demi. Not someone new. She said "trying to get our schedules together has been difficult, they're really busy too!" And this was right around when Demi was starting the X Factor audition process. So, that makes sense. So don't get your hopes up, y'all. We're getting a flop duet with Demi
HOPEFULLY it doesn't make Kelly's album a la the Daughtry duet. RCA made them re-record their duet a few times because they weren't satisfied with Chris' vocal on it.. and then ultimately left it out because it didn't fit. Maybe that'll happen with Demi's, too.
