I like the video...and the song is so catchy. The video is just good...I wonder how old this is. By the way...(You knew it was coming)...the guy in this is HOT!
Anyways...I downloaded their album and I have to get into it. I hate how I love one song from a cd and I don't like the rest of the album. I'm sure I'll like eventually. I like the concept of the video and all.

At the worst, I just think the chorus is lacking something. Like it doesn't follow through. Like to the point where it makes sense. But if you read between the lines (which most emo music you have to :-\) you can get the picture.
If you read the lyrics closely, you can see it's about getting out of High School and how when they grow up they will be talking about the High School days, but in the meantime him and his friends party. And that line you just said? Um...okay? It's just about having a good time. I find these lyrics far from stupid
But that's me. I respect your opinion, but if you compare these lyrics to some other songs, they are brilliant. If anything...like I said before they make no sense. It's something where you have to read between the lines.

First of all, you could have just as easily made it, "Come on, lets get on the floor and dance until we've got nothing more"(if they really wanted it to rhyme that badly) and it would have been much better. The way it is right now is just stupid. Secondly, we're NOT comparing these lyrics to some other songs. We are comparing these lyrics to these lyrics. And these lyrics, when they stand out on their own, are dumb.
For the target demographic this song was released for, though, this should be quite the rockin' tune. OBVIOUSLY this song was not meant for people like myself. And that's okay.

I love this song. I'm whoring it up lately. I have it on repeat in my car and on Itunes
