It's not really bad for a warning sign, but I'm not sure if people will be offended so I put it in warning tags anyway.
So my question is...
Is it bad that I cringe when reading pictures like this? I mean I don't support what it's saying simply because I think disease is necessary, to control overpopulation. I dunno, maybe it's just me being pessimistic
Most of the people who create/post images like that don't really give a **** about the issue. They just want a hit post.
That is true. Like on facebook there's a young lady named Adalia Rose (something like that) and they create images and things out of her just so people can like it. I'm not saying you shouldn't help her out whatever, but I don't genuinely believe they are doing anything supportive other than saying "she is beautiful" which doesn't help with her disease.
There are much better ways to control overpopulation that don't include killing anyone. While human kind will always be affected by diseases it doesn't mean that millions need to be sacrificed through the means of such horrible diseases like AIDS and Cancer. There needs to be a cure for both.

Well I mean why else do we have disease? I think I don't want diseases to go away so we can control population, horrible yes but survival of the fittest. We can't have really bad people passing on their failed genes so they could taint the human race
It's a complicated/personal issue, I don't know if I want to get into it now.
I basically think that if we as a species can find a cure for such an awful and possibly preventable disease, that should be top priority no matter what.

I don't know about that, it may be possible but you never know. We've been close so many times and it evolved so the past "cures" were ineffective. You may be right

True. I think if it's possible it should be a top priority but I won't be donating to any causes simply because disease might be necessary...just my opinion I guess

Exactly, I mean disease is necessary to a certain extent but if you can prevent it and save millions of lifes you cant just say " no, the earth will become overpopulated".
I disagree when you say "disease is necessary", because no one deserves suffer just for control overpopulation, it's like to say "murders are needed".
It's been like that since the beginning of humans tbh, survival of the fittest. I'm in no way saying murders are needed but dying by natural causes are needed and we can't cure those natural causes then people will live longer and longer, making overpopulation a problem
