Of course it does. Most people acquire fame by opening themselves to a different environment, so it's definitely going to have an impact (whether negative or positive) in their lives and behavior.
yes! for the better and or worse, it depends on the artist and who they surround themselves with. but it's worse if you get fame when you're really young, it's too much to handle. also, i once read something that went like this: "money doesn't change people, it just shows who they really are". i agree with that. money, fame, power - these 3 fit with that statement (i think).
