It is most likely for Phineas and Ferb. She was papped outside of the Margarita Studios, which is where she goes to record Phineas and Ferb. I honestly don't think she is doing music right now. She is barely getting back into acting, and she has the annoying habit of working on one project at a time.
But I am excited for the upcoming months. September will begin production on Scarymovie 5, plus that is when her episodes for Sons of Anarchy air as well.
