I basically live off cereal, literally. I have on a everyday basis about 5 to 7 bowls of cereal. I really do get my calcium. I'm such a pig. I might have more now.
I basically like every cereal out there. I'm not that picky. Just not boring crap like Cheerios.

Honey nut cheerios are good. yes. They taste good like good. yes. They're good for your cholesterol yes. I've been eating them for a long time yes. My cholesterol went down one point yes
Froot loops are good but not for cholesterol yes
Frosted Flakes are grrreat but not grrreat for cholesterol no yes.
Total K and Raisin Bran are good for cholesterol but don't deserve cereal status. Total k can get crap status and total k craps on raisin bran
