I think there's a difference between doing some choreography (Katy Perry), being able to dance (Rihanna), and being a good dancer (Beyonce). There's of course some people in the middle of two, but generally it's down to those three.

But, I'd say that most Rihanna stans don't really say Rihanna's a dancer. Yeah, she can dance when she wants to (and it's rare, so we get excited when she does give us good choreo), but nobody in the Navy really calls Rihanna a dancer.

That's the only similar part in the entire video, and even then Beyoncé is only moving her hands in formation and throwing her hair down. And Britney's video wasn't even shot in black-and-white.
