(WXYZ) - There are multiple reports of shootings at a Sikh Temple in Oak Creek, Wisconsin.

ABC's Milwaukee affiliate WISN-TV is reporting that the shooting happened around 10:30 a.m. CDT.

The Milwaukee Journal Sentinel is reporting that between 20 and 30 people have been injured, with between 8 to 20 people being shot.

The paper also says they received a text message from someone claiming two shooters were possibly still inside with children as hostages.

Oak Creek is located about 20 miles south of Downtown Milwaukee.

This is like half an hour from where we live, it's all over the news. What a disgusting thing to do.

Randomly, it seems kinda odd that suddenly mass shootings happen to be "in style". This and the recent Batman shooting make me sick. I'm sure the media will spin this one as some redneck or white supremacist who went loopy and shot up a temple.

Also, 7 confirmed dead including the shooter.

I have a feeling that politics could actually shift a bit now with this becoming a trend.
