I personally think it deserved to do better. It is a fairly weak song, but it's not THAT bad. I like it, and I think it would've been bigger if it wasn't overshadowed by WFL.

However, one thing I HAVE noticed is that the instrumental to it is very similar to the one used at the beginning of the Till the World Ends remix. Did anybody else notice this? Both are produced by Dr. Luke, so that's probably why.

Cause We Found Love was still slaying the world. Way too close to WFL.

you Da One could have been more successful is Rihanna did a better music video and released it at a later time. she released it when we found love was slaying if she released it after that it could have been a bit more successful

The song wasn't a strong follow-up, there were no live performance, the video wasn't powerful enough and it was over shadowed by WFL.

Love this song. It was marketed wrong that's all. WFL was still slaying and the music video was a little dark.
