If this is true, then I like the title. It reminds me of art rock era, when musicians tried to connect avant garde, classical music and rock and created a whole new subgenre, progressive rock.
It sounds ambitious, like if she was saying that her album will be more artistic than before (whats good, because I didnt like her previous albums one bit).
I really think this is just how she would describe her new album, and it not necessarily being the title. Although I do like it, and think it could fit her very well, provided it's a progression (but we all know that it will be of course, as she is very "visionary")
