They should have a "we are all super liberal and let's frown upon the rest of society that is not NEARLY as cultured as us" thread.
It's getting really annoying, because people here fail to realize how very narrow their understanding of American society on the whole truly is. They think that they are righteous and mighty and right and no one disagrees with them where there is a good half of this country that does not. And they incontrovertibly believe they are the right ones and there is no regard that must be paid to the logic behind the other half.

I guess. But most of the young teens in ATRL just want discussions about the **** and about the hotties. It gets stale after a while. I want real discussions like Space, Nature, Myths, Urban Legends, and Aliens

its because people aren't capable of discussing things in a sensible way, in serious threads like the religion one people can never resist wording their posts in a way which patronises or offends or takes the piss out of people who don't share their views. it's retarded.
obviously people are going to have different opinions and beliefs on certain topics but it's the inability to accept that people have those beliefs which makes serious threads get out of hand so quickly
