I just bought an iTunes card on sale from Target, and every time I try to download a song, this message pops up. I went as far as resetting my iPhone settings because someone on Apple Discussion Forums said it worked for them. Still didn't work. Signed out and signed back in, didn't work. Restarted my iPhone, didn't work. Anyone else having this problem? Any solutions?

Email the iTunes support, I think there's a contact button in iTunes. They're actually helpful.
