What more do we expect right now though? According to HDD's figures, she sold a couple hundred more copies than Rihanna this week and Stronger came out just a few weeks before Talk That Talk. Dark Side might not be flying up the charts but it's moving some albums since she's still charting without a huge single right now.
And before people get their panties in a twist, I only brought up Rihanna as a comparison because she's a huge force in Pop and her album came out very close to when Kelly's did. I'm aware it has sold about 120k more than Stronger in the US. But for both of them it's good that they're still charting at all - - even better for Kelly given that DS is so low in AI still.
The point is, there's nothing wrong with her sales at all. The only pop girl selling consistently well is still Adele.
