I can't get into this, I find it really boring, but good for Phillip. Idol always has the best track record for producing successful musical acts. He's also breaking the so-called "WGWG" trend of flopdom (Scott was successful to of course but I'm talking hit single wise).
I have feeling AI/his record company paid for all this promo (Ryan Seacrest is also working with NBC - maybe he got a deal). That's smart of them tbh. TV promo where the ACTUAL song is played seems to be working more than performances.

The song has grown me the first time i heard it. I thought it was some sort of Mumford and Sons reject, but its a pdretty good song, and one of the better Idol coronation singles along with Time of My Life, A Moments Like This, etc. See, ifothers WGWG had good material/singles and promo they would have been successful but alas Phillip's team is being smart with this song.
Lights too far behind digitally :/
