Only categories she really lost(as in not losing to herself ) in were Best Art Direction, Best Cinematography, and Best Special effects.

She won Video of the Year, Best Female Video, Best Pop Video, Best Dance Video, Best Collaboration, Best Choreography, Best Editing, and Best Direction.

I bet Gaga will get one nomination just so MTV can use her in a commercial for higher ratings

I think overall You and I is a better video; it's visually impressive and to the point. Marry The Night has some awesome scenes but overall it's just too long and drawn out, as much as I love the intro and ending.
