The ground is added but almost half of the seating blocks can't be used. For example, San Siro stadium holds 80K for sporting events and around 55K for concerts. Same for every stadium in the world, unless you have a centered stage like U2 did.

The match capacity for the stadium is 55k, get your facts straight, girl, and 43k is the capacity of the show.
