So, the guitarist of the outfit The Strokes put out a solo album "Yours to Keep". Many were skeptical - but then they heard the music. And the reviews were amazing.
I first heard "101" - and completely was drawn into it. Fantastic song.
And that led me to the album, which is even better.
There is very bleek Stroke influences here, this is a totally different sound.
Notice the Blondie-esque guitar riff on "101" for proof.
Give it a chance if your looking for new, good music.
