They're all nasty and hideous, barring the new World Trade Center Transportation Hub. Even the 42nd Street Times Square stop is dark and grimy. Montreal, Beijing, London, Paris, Moscow, Rome, and Tokyo's Metro systems are palatial compared to NYC's.

If they are serious about it by 2024 i think they could do it,they would have time to upgrade the subway and everything IMO
