Anyway, I chose Hey Ya even though Toxic is amazing. I still can't believe it never went #1 here in the States

I like both, but I prefer Hey Ya!

Hey Ya... although Toxic is the best song Britney's ever put out.

Now that I think about this though, it's closer than I remembered.

Hey Ya! is still better, but it's overrated. And Toxic is really good.

Not so random...in fact billboard praised both in an article for its unique and timeless qualities.
At the time, hip hop (of disposable nature) was dominating the charts and these two songs were game changers.

Toxic took it to the level that Me against the music should have...bringing back dance music.
Hey ya brought fun commercial appeal back to hip hop without overusing innuendo and keeping it stereotypical.

Both are equally genius and incomparable.
