That's a different way to look at it, but under Billboard's definition she's already broken out of possibly being called that since "GT" did hit Top 40. Sole recognition can be attributed to plenty of acts who've followed massive songs with moderate Top 40 hits.
And although "Good Time" isn't as massive as "Call Me Maybe", it is already threatening to be a top ten hit on Pop radio and among the top ten sellers. So people writing it off as if it's performing horribly should reevaluate. I do hate both songs, though.
