In order to be overrated, one must not be deserving of the credit they receive. If you can sing well and you write your own material, you simply cannot be overrated. It's as easy as that. To say Lady Gaga is overrated is hilarious seeing as she's the only pop artist we have who controls their career, writes everything, composes everything, co-produces everything, etc. The Grammy voters agree.
