lets not forget that Elvis had a tragic ending resulting in death
and before his death, he was being accused of being a fraud for stealing songs,

Both are very iconic, both have/had several personal problems, both are global superstars and both are better than every other artist from their generation so it seems about right to me.

why she has to be him?
In some terms of their personalities their kind of similar though (the humble, shy, nervous laugh, mysterious thing).
and I think he was the most impacful guy of his generation... and Britney was the most impacful girl of her generation.
but.. Britney is just Britney .. thats it.
