I think so, but it's a top 3 hit on the 8th single and will have good longevity in the top 10 for a good while. It's a great achievement on itself, we've just become spoiled with the #1's so anything less than is considered a "flop"
It'll definitely go #2 next week. So why is everyone saying #3? Payphone's not even in the top 10 on iTunes and freefalling on radio.
The gap between the 3 songs is still quite large (especially in Payphones streaming and AI). WA has already peaked in sales and could peak on radio soon and has to catch up on streaming.
