Have you guys heard of this new girl named Britney Spears? I found her on google and so far she's only been on the X Factor but hopefully she will get more lined up for herself once the season is over

The argument that gaga has nothing to her but her shock value/outfits would make sense if she didn't have so many smash hit singles that everyone knows the lyrics too by heart. Just Dance, Poker Face, Bad Romance, Born This Way- EVERYBODY, even non-stans, are very familiar with these songs. Her MUSIC is well respected, grammy winning, and overall successful.
So is she known for more then the outfits? Yes. If you think not, then you live in a cave and you haven't turned on your radio in the past 3 years.

britney is known for shaving her head, smoking, marrying kevin, and attacking cars with umbrellas, i cannot honesty recite a britney song or remember anything other than oops i did it again

I read the first paragraph & I'm already ticked off. Wow... Gaga is the most ARTISTIC pop artist in the industry right now & she gives 100% to every song that she writes. Music is her passion & definitely her main talent. Her music is what her TRUE fans are here for. Everything telse is just an added bonus. They are digging a hole WAY too deep this time... Pressed.

Um she's already done this.
I don't agree with this article. Despite all of the crazy antics, Gaga has demonstrated her talent by discussing in interviews about her contributions to her music and actually gives in depth instructions about them.
Also, she takes the time to perform acoustic pieces on the piano in major tv performances and also writes songs that are sit down on the piano and performs them on her tour.
