It seems she's dissing her beau's ex but trying to do it in an indirect way by using her as an example of something apparantly irrelevant to herself and which she is above although she's pretending that she's not above by saying she's 'normal' (yeah right). It's like when people pretend to be nice to each other but really they are insulting each other with snide comments. If it hadn't been his ex she was talking about then it would be different and still unnecessary to name names because everyone knows who the obviously skinny bunch are in Hollywood. I think it was basically a bitchy comment without the attitude.
No, I don't like Nicole in the slightest.
