They need a younger darling that appeals currently to the younger generation. As much as I am not looking forward to Demi on xfactor it was a very smart move and I think they should add Miley here. Or even Selena.

I don't think Tay would ever do this at this point in her carreer but if they managed to get her onboard this show's ratings would finally start on the uphill again.

What about Shakira, they haven't really had a famous latin pop singer and she has had success in the US (and this could attract a lot of Hispanic Viewers), I can only dream of GAGA being on the show
