I agree that fundamentally they are nothing alike, but Ciara looking at the camera is not the only similarity. The concept is basically the same. Badass lady arrives outside some abandoned factory, opens the door, goes in and dances. That's not a crazy innovative concept but pretty similar to be released within a few years of each other.
But, they were both directed by Melina and we know how she likes to reuse concepts for different artists......
