But he was only blocking people that said extremely rude and disrespectful things to him though
People who probably seemed like haters, fans or not. On top of that twitter fans are obsessive and ridiculous, half of them are stalkers and etc. I'm sure he's not the only celeb who's had to block some fans that were doing too much.

You can not honestly expect to cuss someone out repeatedly and obsessively and not get blocked
They're acting like Chris Brown isn't publicly broadcasting this nonsense to his millions of followers which is accessible to the hundreds of millions of people that use Twitter. 
They pretend like it's not ATRL's business, but it's a pop forum and Chris is a popstar to a certain extent, and he's broadcasting this **** to everyone who has access to Twitter.
