The series centers on a dysfunctional family exhibiting much of its humor in the form of cutaway gags that often lampoon American culture. The series received moderate success during its first 3 seasons being on hiatus on 2002, the series was revived in 2005. "Family guy" has received multiple Emmy nominations including the honor of being one of the few animated shows to be nominated at the Emmy's best comedy series category. Despite all the accolades and success some critics unfavorable critized some similarities with "The Simpsons".

The series consist on 8 cartoons that are put together on a house and living their own animated TV reality show, "Drawn together" is adult-oriented, involving black comedy and satirical humor, the show focus on mocking stereotypes usually involving homosexuality and Racism, The show reached moderate success and lasted for 3 seasons, one film for TV was produced. "Drawn together" received mixed reviews by critics, some calling the show extremely funny, while others gave critisism for being to raw and crude.

The series centers on a dysfunctional family focusing on situational humor and the use of non sequiturs, American dad became a success for Fox studio and the show has been runned for 7 seasons so far, it's been nominated for 1 emmy award. The show has received mixed reviews and some unfavorable comparisons to "Family guy".
5. KING OF THE HILL

It centers on the Hills, a middle-class Methodist family in the fictional small suburban town of Arlen, Texas. It attempts to retain a naturalistic approach, seeking humor in the conventional and mundane aspects of everyday life while dealing with issues comically. The show won 2 emmy awards and its currently the 3rd longest running animated tv series of all time, it was finally cancelled in 2010, after 13 successful seasons.
6. FUTURAMA

The series follows the adventures of a late-20th-century New York City pizza delivery boy, Philip J. Fry, who, after being unwittingly cryogenically frozen for one thousand years, finds employment at Planet Express, an interplanetary delivery company in the retro-futuristic 31st century. The series recieved positive reception and won 5 Emmy awards, it was cancelled in 2003 but later revived in 2008-present.

Intended for mature audiences, the show has become famous for its crude language and dark, surreal humor that lampoons a wide range of topics. The ongoing narrative revolves around four boysand their bizarre adventures. The show became a cultural impact, and extremely popular, it reached iconic and cult following status, the series received critical praise though is often perceived as a bad influence for comunities. it won 4 emmy awards and its the second longest running animated TV series of all time, just behind "The Simpsons".
8. UGLY AMERICANS
2010-present
COMEDY CENTRAL
The recent program focuses on the life of Mark Lilly, a social worker employed by the Department of Integration, in an alternate reality version of New York City inhabited by monsters and other creatures. The show received positive reviews from critics and found success with solid steady moderate ratings, its been aired for 2 seasons so far.
9. THE CRITIC

The series feature notable movie parodies and cul-following films, it had a crossover with "The Simpsons", the series had weak ratings and was canceled by ABC, after one revival by Fox the series was cancelled again, despite the lack of audience, the series was hailed by critics and its considered one of the greatest animated TV series of all time.
