Kristen Stewart was Liberty Ross' pick for Snow White
Quote:
Liberty Ross, the wife of director Rupert Sanders, has revealed that Kristen Stewart was her first choice for the lead role in Snow White and the Huntsman.
The actress, who played Stewart's on-screen mother in the film, shared her feelings about the actress in a video interview with Celebuzz which was published yesterday, but given a couple of months before her husband's affair with Stewart was revealed.
"[Kristen] was my number one choice. I think there is no better Snow White in my opinion. She is great," Ross told the website at the film's London premiere on May 14.
"I mean, I've never watched a Twilight movie, so I don't really know, but I loved her in Sean Penn's film [Into the Wild] just for that moment that she's in it. Ever since then - she's got something very transfixing about her. We needed a modern, edgy, cool girl."
Ross is reported to have tweeted about the affair between Sanders and Stewart before deleting her account entirely.
Both Stewart and Sanders have released statements apologising for the fling.
Stewart insisted that she was "sorry" for hurting boyfriend and Twilight co-star Robert Pattinson, while Sanders confessed to being "utterly distraught" by the fling.
She still did great as Snow White. I don't know what you mean by "Wonder how she feels now?". I'm sure if she doesn't give two ***** about what may or may not have happened between her and Rupert.
