I think Rihanna has the best eyes. They are very feline like. I vote Riri.
Katy would come in second. Her eyes are so alluring. Britney would come in third, she has those cute big brown doe eyes.

In her early DC days and childhood her eyes were dark brown, and in most snapshots when she's wearing them her pupils don't dialate

and before anybody rushes in here with anger she looks beautiful WITH or WITHOUT contacts.
