As amazing as "4" is musically. NO "B'day" will forever be the ****!!! but I guess its a personal preference thing.
Although "End of Time" & "I Care" are two of Bey's best songs.

The only songs I consider filler on DIL are "Hip-Hop Star" & "Signs". And it's obviously not all filler since she got FIVE Grammy's for the album.
