I like the theme idea but an Adele theme wouldn't be good near the start. Like I think people would get tired of hearing Someone Like You/ SFTTR/RITD over and over and over again. We should make each song only available once so that it's different. That means the first few themes would have to either be artists with big discographies or broad themes (i.e #1 hits).

Noooo I didn't mean that kind of example , I meant '' an Adele song / Gaga song / Taylor song / Carrie song / ......... etc ''

Just for example ... a united theme but different songs .

It could be also '' Country Song '' or '' A number one hit '' or '' A song by an American Idol contestant '' .. etc

And I will help then !

Totally screwed up with that. Good idea though. Help is always welcome!

It's only 12 here so I have plenty of time still. Okay cool. The only voting idea I have so far is ranking 1-40. 1 gets 40 points, 2 get 39 etc. It's not the best but it's better than the saving idea etc.

I agree with Bahjat themes are key, because if you don't have a theme it'll be a mess. Think American idol, every week they have a new theme. Whether it be 80's week, top 40 week, Adele week, Original song week, and so on. I wouldn't do the anonymity thing as that gets confusing. People who apply and want to enter should be confident enough to sing their own versions of the song and upload them to sing.

I do agree on the themes. I didn't think that through too well the first time. I guess the whole anonymity thing would get kinda confusing too.

I wish I could sing, but I have a horrible tone! It's all high pitched lol Sometimes my friends and I go to laser tag (the arcade area) and record ourselves singing in their karaoke machine. Then take home the cds we made and listen to them back at their house. Its sooo hilarious!
