Awww. On this day 11 years ago, Aaliyah performed "More Than A Woman" on the Jay Leno show. It would be her final live performance.



She had so much more to give.

Aaliyah was just average at best. Of course she had more to give cause she was so young. But some people here talk about her like she could of been Michael Jackson or something smh

Right?

She woulda been BETTER.


And you made me think this was something new. I still love this performance though, this is one of, like, two performances we got from her that era.

She took risks musically. That mix of R&B/pop even industrial music sound. That album has so many jewels.
And her classics: Are you that somebody?, Try Again (the first song ever to reach #1 on HOT 100 just with the airplay), Rock the boat, I Care 4 u, If Your Girl Only Knew, At your best, One in a million, and this song: More than a Woman.
Plus: She is the most beautiful singer EVER ♥

Don't sweat it people on here are very sensitive. They get offended by everything. Aaliyah payed they way for a lot of today's starlets i say it rather they like it or not.
