I guess. I still think it's good for being so typical and no late night shows big award show performances or TV show performances. People def know the song so I consider it a hit. It did its job. People are knowing who Rita is and they know the song.
Like Kreayshawn's "Gucci Gucci". Not a HUGE hit numbers wise and din't peak high on the charts, but it def put her on and people know her because of the song. That's a hit to me.
