Fazer from N-Dubz has confirmed in the interview with Digital Spy that he’s one of the people working on Rihanna’s new album. Asked about his latest studio work, he answered:
“(…)I’ve also been writing stuff in Rihanna’s writing camp, which has been great. (…)”

“It all started when I opened my own production company called STL Music – which stands for Sky’s The Limit – with another guy who’s signed to Roc Nation. From the success with Dappy and Tulisa and the Roc Nation connection we got asked to put forward some stuff for Rihanna. It would be amazing if she actually records one of them!”

Most of the general public won't be aware that she's working on a new album though. They won't know until the first single comes out. All of this speculation just hypes it for the fanbase who will be there regardless if she's recording new material or not.
