Lady Gaga's voice is not all that strong but she knows how to work it within her range.

Kelly on the other hand, knows her vocal strength really well and is not afraid to push it to the limits, which is why her vocal range has expanded over the years. Plus, Kelly has whistle register.

But Gaga is pretty tremendous. Though I miss the way she sang on THE FAME as opposed to the voice she adapted for BTW.
